RISE 24-7 365

Program Standards

RISE operates with clear expectations and structured accountability. These standards exist to protect residents, maintain a disciplined environment, and support lasting transformation.

Structured Living Standards

Curfew Guidelines

All residents are expected to adhere to established curfew times. Curfew exists to support structure, safety, and routine. Exceptions may be granted for verified employment schedules.

Drug- and Alcohol-Free Policy

RISE housing is a completely substance-free environment. Use, possession, or distribution of drugs or alcohol on premises is prohibited and may result in immediate program review.

Monthly Room Inspections

Living spaces are subject to monthly inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards. Residents are notified in advance and expected to maintain readiness at all times.

Required Participation in Case Management

All residents must actively participate in scheduled case management meetings. These sessions are critical to tracking progress, setting goals, and accessing supportive services.

Employment or Workforce Participation

Residents are expected to maintain employment, actively seek employment, or participate in approved workforce development activities. Idleness is not consistent with the RISE model.

Respect and Non-Violence Policy

RISE is built on mutual respect. Verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, and any form of violence are strictly prohibited. All residents are expected to treat staff, peers, and neighbors with dignity.

Cleanliness and Shared Responsibility

Residents share responsibility for maintaining clean, orderly living environments. Common areas must be kept to standard. Personal spaces must reflect discipline and care.

These standards are not punitive. They are designed to rebuild discipline, restore confidence, and prepare veterans for independent living. Structure is the foundation of stability.
